This policy explains what Expert Bill Book (operated by Experiasoft Solutions, Bathinda, Punjab, India) collects and how it is used. Replace this text with your final policy reviewed by your legal adviser before launch.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, company), the business data you enter (parties, items, bills), subscription and payment records (payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details), and security logs (IP address, device, time).

How we use it

To provide the service, sync your app and website, send verification codes and receipts, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment gateway) or when required by law.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored as salted hashes, and access is logged. You can ask us to export or delete your account by writing to info@experiasoft.com; tax records may be retained as the law requires.
